Øresundsbro Konsortiet - Sweden - Denmark The responsibility for the financing, constructing, owning and operating of the fixed coast-to-coast link between Sweden and Denmark lies with Øresundsbro Konsortiet. It is owned equally by the Danish and Swedish states via A/S Øresund in Denmark and Svensk-Danska Broförbindelsen SVEDAB AB in Sweden. These two companies are jointly and separately responsible for all of the undertakings of Øresundskonsortiet.

The Greater Copenhagen Authority(HUR) is a politically-governed regional organisation covering the Greater Copenhagen Region. The governing HUR Council is made up of regional politicians from the five local/regional authority units: the counties of Copenhagen, Frederiksborg and Roskilde and the cities of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg.
